We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide an excellent, effective and customer focused experience to all students living in UEL Halls of Residence, prospective residents, UEL colleagues and all other visitors to the Residential Life office. As first point of contact for all visitors the post holder must provide a high standard of customer care at all times.

Educated to a degree level or equivalent, you will have experience in a customer-facing role. You should have strong customer service, communication, IT and administrative skills.

A successful external candidate for this position would be employed by UEL Professional Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEL. Employees of UEL Professional Services Ltd work alongside UEL colleagues in delivery of UEL’s mission.
