We are seeking a strategic thinker and excellent operational manager, capable of driving forward our ambition to provide the best student accommodation experience in London. Whilst ensuring our buildings are safe, well maintained and sustainably managed, you will lead our Residential Life team to deliver outstanding service.  You will be a creative and effective innovator, with a proven track record for delivering enhancement; ready to maximise resource potential and ensure our Student village is a safe, inviting and vibrant place to live.  Managing all key relationships through first class interpersonal skills, you will become a key individual on campus, central to the effective delivery of the Residential Life experience.

Educated to degree level, you will have significant experience of managing a service of comparable size and nature to our university accommodation.  You will have the ability to undertake multi-level tasks, assess key priorities and allocate time accordingly.  You will also be highly customer focussed, be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm for working with students, and have genuine interest in the welfare of residents.
