Our staff are internationally recognised for high-quality research across areas such as human rights, international law, financial technology and global trade, and actively contribute to policy, practice and public debate at the highest levels.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">We are proud of our commitment to widening participation, equality, diversity, and inclusion, and to supporting our students in achieving success in their careers and beyond.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">We are seeking a Graduate Outcomes Manager to lead and deliver a strategic, data-driven approach to improving graduate employability and outcomes.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">This is a key role within the School, focused on ensuring students and graduates successfully transition into highly skilled employment, postgraduate study or self-employment.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">You will lead a range of initiatives to strengthen employability, build employer partnerships, and embed a culture of career readiness across the student journey.</p><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Develop and deliver a strategic plan to enhance graduate outcomes, aligned to institutional priorities</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Lead targeted campaigns to support final-year students and graduates in securing positive outcomes</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Build and maintain strong employer partnerships, creating opportunities for placements, internships and employment</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Design and manage career mentoring programmes linking students with alumni and industry professionals</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Deliver workshops, events and resources focused on employability and career readiness</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Use data and market intelligence to inform strategy, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Provide regular reporting and insights on graduate outcomes and performance trends</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Collaborate with academic departments, careers services and external partners to embed employability across the curriculum</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Line-manage staff and oversee project delivery and budgets where required</li></ul><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>About You</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">You will be an experienced and strategic professional with a strong background in graduate employability, careers, or higher education.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">You will bring:</p><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">A Master&rsquo;s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Proven experience developing and delivering employability or graduate outcomes strategies</li><li style="text-align: justify;">A strong track record of building employer partnerships</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience using data and insights to inform decision-making</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience delivering workshops, events or mentoring programmes</li></ul><p style="text-align: justify;">Skills and qualities:</p><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Strong project management and organisational ability</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels</li><li style="text-align: justify;">A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach</li><li style="text-align: justify;">A strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion</li></ul><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Need to Thrive</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">You&rsquo;ll thrive in this role if you are strategic, data-driven and impact-focused, with a passion for improving student and graduate outcomes.
