About the Job

As a Student Records Officer, you will join our busy and dynamic Student Records team to manage UEL student data, including students’ enrolment records, module registration and tuition fees, and to support academic colleagues in our Schools with the management of their student cohorts. You will also play an integral role in supporting students’ enrolment during UEL’s large student intakes, and in supporting the assessment and progression of students, throughout the academic year.

We are recruiting two positions: 

1 x full-time permanent 

1 x Full-time 8 month fixed term contract 

What You will Need to thrive:

  • Experience of administration, preferably in a higher education setting, and of records management systems (including but not limited to MS Office), with the ability to recognise and interpret trends or patterns in data
  • Experience of exploring and seeking ways to improve and adjust levels and quality of service 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with colleagues inside and outside of an organisation
  •  Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach to the work in-hand
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively across the role
