- Coordinating the honorary nomination process, working closely with the Provost to ensure protocol compliance.
- Sourcing sponsorship and funding opportunities to enhance event quality and impact.
- Researching market trends to attract high-profile guests, alumni, and influencers to our events.
About You

- Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex, and high-profile events.
- Expertise in hybrid and virtual event planning.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing staff and budgets.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, problem-solve, and deliver events to a high standard.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities to engage VIPs and key stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- A commitment to inclusivity and equality in a diverse environment.
This role requires flexibility, with occasional evening and weekend work (time off in lieu provided).
Why Join Us?
- Work on high-profile, prestigious events that shape the university’s reputation.
